Printing Services (LPT)

All Document Printing has to go through a competitive quotation exercise before a Purchase Order can be raised.

Three quotations are required in total and one of the quotations must come from NHS Shared Business Services.

However If the Document is already on the NHS Shared Business Services Rate list then the requisition can be raised directly to them.

Procurement can do the quotation exercise for you - please contact Chris Blake on 0116 2950432  or Matthew Buxton on 0116 2950442 for details of the process.

If you are happy to do the exercise yourself please can find a list of suggested printers Here
